  • Led an organization-wide end-user computing refresh by upgrading/replacing most user PCs to improve productivity and reliability.
  • Delivered a full server room infrastructure modernization: replaced legacy systems and expanded datacenter capacity and resiliency.
  • Replaced older server generation (Gen7) with HPE Gen10 servers for improved performance and lifecycle support.
  • Purchased and deployed SAN storage to host virtual machines; implemented HA for critical workloads.
  • Upgraded core networking by adding an additional switch and configuring stacking with the core switch for redundancy and throughput.
  • Added a SAN switch for dedicated connectivity between SAN storage and servers.
  • Improved security by deploying FortiGate NGFW and replacing legacy antivirus with Sangfor XDR.
  • Enhanced safety with FM-200 fire suppression, temperature & humidity alerting, and a dedicated power distribution panel.
